I don't know how many times ive said im going to start over and end up screwed it over. :/ Last time i updated this blog was in June, and that was 3 months ago :/ I complained so much but atleast I was 94 kg then. I ballooned so badly and went up to 98! Now im down to 96, and im not proud, to say the least :( Uni started for nearly two months and im a whale now. I was huge, but now im giantic. My arms are flabby, my love handles which were already big becomes huge. My legs look like tree trunks, and my stomach looks like a whale. My used-to-be oval face shape has now completely turn round. I don't want to be like this anymore. I hate it when people make fat jokes. I said billion times before that im going to show them that i can do, but i never really achieve it. Well, im going to do it this time, no matter what. My weekly goal weight is to get down to 92 kg by Saturday, sept, 24, 2010. I will see my old friend on October 9, 2010. Hopefully I be down to around 85 kg by then. I can do this. I will do this. I must do this and have to do this.
I will also re-start my prize system. If i reach 90 kg, my first prize is victoria secret body mist. I will update this daily and keep my intake as well as my daily exercise on here. So i won't fail it this time.
[My daily intake today:
I had some veggies soup for dinner today (150 cal), for lunch-about 3 spoons of sweet and sour soup (40 cal), 3 spoons of rice (im guessing shouldnt be more than 30 calories?), glass of passion-fruit juice (40 cal), glass of hot milk tea (27 cal), 1 chinese pork bun(that bf's mum made)-202 cal, glass of some herbal juice (120 cal).
Total Calories Consumed: 609 calories. Good start, actually, normally i ate waaay too much at bf's house:/]
Hope to be down to 95.5 by tmr morning <3
